"He who breathes most air
lives most life."

-- Elizabeth Barrett Browning

High Blood Pressure

Several clients have told me that their so-called uncontrollable high blood pressure was handled by using one of my recorded breathing exercises namely #120 Better Breathing Exercise #1 aka "The Serenity Breathing Meditation." I named it "The Serenity Breathing Meditation" many years ago and changed its name because no one connected breathing with serenity and stress management. But it seems like leading-edge medical professionals such as Drs. Andrew Weil and Robert Fried are learning that optimal breathing has many more benefits than heretofore realized by modern medicine.

Science has proven that there are other many aspects of hypertension that can be assisted by breathing correctly. Our #130 Better Breathing Exercise #2 trains people to breathe with an even, balanced energetic quality. It used to be called "The Tibetan Caffeine." Implying balanced, clean, clear, non drug or synthetic energy at its very highest and best.

If you are interested in the science behind the benefits of better breathing, get as well Robert Fried's book Breathe Well, Be Well.

I do not treat illness. I work only toward establishing optimal breathing. The neat thing about that is that many illnesses just diminish or disappear when the breathing gets better. I have put both exercises and my manual plus two other tapes in a special package just for you. Considering all the negative drug side effects and money spent in blood pressure controls, I am hoping that many of you will try this safe, inexpensive way to ease the pressure on your nervous system.

Make sure you share this information with your health professional in case there is some special (and probably rather unusual) reason that you should not be trying these exercises.

Non-Drug Treatment for High Blood Pressure

Press Release

There's a new training technique that may help lower blood pressure with no side effects. It is available on the Internet without prescription. It is a recorded guided exercise adding very special sounds and a very specific way of breathing that has caused many to reduce high blood pressure, even when drugs were unsuccessful in doing so. It is called #120 Better Breathing Exercise #1 aka "The Serenity Breathing Meditation." The company Web site has a page that first assesses one's breathing. From there, you can order the tape and use it in the quiet and safety of your home or office. After one or more sessions with the tape, one's breath rate begins to lower. The pause rate lengthens as well. Often within a few days of use, blood pressure is lowered, with no side effects. Diet, supplements and proper exercise can be valuable adjuncts.

You can purchase #120 Better Breathing Exercise #1 or #130 Better Breathing Exercise #2 or both recorded exercises or get our Recommended Program
