Expand the capacity to give and receive self love and appreciation of others. Some might think of this as an energized form of prayer or affirmation. Current research indicates that hearing alone provides a ten-percent understanding and retention--reading alone provides a thirty-percent understanding and retention--while hearing, reading and speaking provide 60-70 or more percent retention. It is a scientific fact and also mentioned in the Bible (James) that the speech center of the brain rules over all the nerves in the body. What we say out loud can and does cause our core level of being to begin to manifest that of which we speak. Saying "I am feeling old and weak and cannot do anything" is a sure way to get older and weaker. Saying "I am retired" is a great way to possibly accelerate one's weakening and subsequent demise. I will NEVER retire. So let us expand the capability of creating that which we want through the spoken word. Positive statements can become the ultimate biofeedback. A positive attitude enters the body through natural pranic energy combined with selected affirmations (positive ideas about oneself). A guided breathing exercise combined with selected self-image-supporting statements supported by an exquisite collection of Tibetan "singing" bowls and bells. You think it, say it and breathe it into you. Your inner awareness of these self-esteem ideas will increase in a direct ratio to the number of times you impress these ideas into your own being.
